Please Help us grow the Conservation Burial Movement!

Membership in the CBA is a yearly renewable opportunity to support education, awareness, best practices, and the work of many people who believe in and practice our mission and vision and purpose.
The CBA is not a certifying body, we are an educational, networking, and resource sharing organization, helping to promote best practices for conservation burial.
We list suggested membership pricing below, and we believe in the sliding scale honesty model:
If you can give only at a Community Supported rate, please join as a Student - If you can afford to join at a Community Supporter rate, please consider helping make these resources more widely available by making a donation.

We believe accessibility and equity are crucial to the future of all land conservation efforts, and all are welcome here.

Conservation Burial Operators

We welcome other conservation burial ground managers from cemeteries that meet the criteria for conservation burial, including a land trust relationship, and have adopted conservation best practices. We recommend certification with the Green Burial Council but it is not required.

We welcome people with a deep knowledge of death care, the conservation burial movement, and outreach skills that will help us move that information into the mainstream. Connections to other organizations involved in complementary work are valued. Students, death care professionals, and aligned individuals all contribute to growing awareness around this work.

Donors
Help support the CBA's mission and vision with your tax-deductible donation - we envision an earth where land is stewarded wisely, remediated with care, and protected from development. Conservation Burial is a powerful tool in this work to help communities bury their dead and to conserve endangered wild spaces.

Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in,
